Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our  Brooklyn location is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Weekends from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

Our Tribeca location is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Q: Do I need to make an appointment?

A: Yes, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure your pet receives timely care. You can book an appointment online or call either of our locations.

Q: What services do you offer?

A: We provide a wide range of services including routine wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, emergency care, and more. Please check our location page to see what services are offered on each location.

Q: Do you offer urgent care services?

A: Yes, urgent care services are available only at our Brooklyn location. If your pet requires immediate attention but it is not a life-threatening emergency, please contact our Brooklyn clinic for assistance.

Q: How can I tell if my pet needs emergency care?

A: Signs that your pet may need emergency care include difficulty breathing, severe vomiting or diarrhea, sudden lethargy, uncontrolled bleeding, and trauma. If you are unsure, please call us immediately for guidance.

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and pet insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Q: How often should my pet have a wellness exam?

A: We recommend that pets have a wellness exam at least once a year. Puppies, kittens, and senior pets may require more frequent visits. Your veterinarian will provide a tailored schedule based on your pet’s needs.

Q: What should I do if my pet needs medication?

A: If your pet needs medication, your veterinarian will provide a prescription and instructions for administration. You can fill the prescription at our in-house pharmacy or at a pharmacy of your choice.

Q: Do you offer pet boarding or grooming services?

A: We do not offer boarding or grooming services at our Tribeca location. Please contact us at our Brooklyn location to book grooming or boarding services.

Q: How can I keep my pet healthy between visits?

A: To keep your pet healthy, ensure they have a balanced diet, regular exercise, and routine check-ups. Keep up with vaccinations and parasite prevention, and contact us if you notice any changes in behavior or health.
